01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the CC6 APK platform, website, or Android application (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of CC6 APK, including registered account holders, guests browsing the website, and any person who downloads or installs the CC6 APK Android application. If you are accessing CC6 APK on behalf of another person or entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

CC6 APK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact information on file. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Access to and use of CC6 APK is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as governed by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. CC6 APK strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of CC6 APK, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from CC6 APK or any affiliated platform.

03 Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of CC6 APK, including placing bets and making deposits, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on CC6 APK. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. CC6 APK will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify CC6 APK immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any breach of your account security.
• Account Verification: CC6 APK may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions.

CC6 APK reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

CC6 APK supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum and maximum limits may vary by payment method.
• Deposit Processing: GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your CC6 APK wallet.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified account holders only. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal Processing: CC6 APK aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any applicable verification requirements.

05 Gameplay and Betting Rules

The following rules govern all gameplay and betting activity on CC6 APK:

• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet across CC6 APK games is ₱5. Individual games may have higher minimum bet requirements as displayed in the game interface.
• Game Rules: Each game on CC6 APK operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a bet.
• Finality of Results: All game results are final once a round is completed. CC6 APK uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Results cannot be reversed except in the case of a verified technical malfunction.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, CC6 APK reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players involved. CC6 APK's decision in such matters is final.
• Bet Cancellation: Once a bet has been confirmed and a game round has commenced, bets cannot be cancelled or modified. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming.
• Provably Fair Games: Certain games on CC6 APK, including Limbo, use provably fair cryptographic systems. The methodology for verifying results is published within the respective game interface.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will not be accepted if your account balance is insufficient to cover the stake. CC6 APK does not extend credit to players under any circumstances.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

CC6 APK may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been met in full.

• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.

07 Responsible Gaming

CC6 APK is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions. A notification will be displayed when the session limit is approaching.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic reality check notifications that display the duration of the current session and net gaming activity.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on CC6 APK. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to CC6 APK immediately. Exploitation of known bugs will result in forfeiture of any gains and account suspension.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward CC6 APK staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the CC6 APK application or platform infrastructure.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the CC6 APK Platform, including but not limited to the CC6 APK name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of CC6 APK or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from CC6 APK.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any CC6 APK trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of CC6 APK intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by CC6 APK.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, CC6 APK, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Errors or inaccuracies in Platform content, game information, or promotional materials.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

CC6 APK's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your CC6 APK account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

CC6 APK collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

CC6 APK implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and CC6 APK cannot guarantee absolute data security.

CC6 APK will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except as required by applicable law or as necessary to provide the services described in these Terms.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

CC6 APK reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification procedures.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting CC6 APK support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the CC6 APK Platform or these Terms, you should follow the procedure below:

1. Contact Support: Submit your complaint to CC6 APK customer support in writing, providing full details of the issue, including your account username, the date and time of the relevant event, and any supporting documentation.
2. Internal Review: CC6 APK will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within ten (10) business days. Complex matters may require additional time, in which case you will be notified of the expected resolution timeline.
3. Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable Philippine dispute resolution procedures.

All disputes relating to game outcomes must be raised within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

14 Amendments to These Terms

CC6 APK reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, with the "Last Updated" date reflecting the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, CC6 APK will provide notice to registered players via the contact information on file, where practicable, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the CC6 APK Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

15 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

You agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the CC6 APK Platform.

Nothing in this clause shall limit CC6 APK's right to take proceedings against you in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of proceedings in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
